County Road brings an eclectic blend of Country-Americana music to the stage, delivering a unique twist on classic country sounds. The band recently won an award for its interpretation of a Bob Dylan song at the Dylan contest in Montpelier.

Featuring Jim Ventresca (vocals/guitar), Peter Lind (harmonica/sax, Roger Hill (ddrums), and Art Edelstein (bass guitar), the band draws on decades of musical experience to craft a diverse repertoire including songs by George Strait, Brooks and Dunn, Hank Williams, Bob Dyland, Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss.

MATTHEW LEE is an Alternative Singer-Songwriter from NYC. Originally an actor with a rock cabaret, Matthew started a band called MATTHEW LEE AND THE STANDBYS in 2017 to further develop and exploit the fine line between theatre and performance through dissonant music. Coming off of a successful midwest tour after their second ep ANOTHER ROUND, Matthew has been hard at work on building an original album, most of which you'll be hearing tonight. Swing though and enjoy original tunes from the concept album BLACK BOOK, as well as some pop punk, alt, emo and 90s tunes... with some musical theatre tunes peppered in throughout.

Piper Hall was born in Vermont, and grew up in a very musical family, passionate about the arts from a very young age, loving all genres of music from folk to rap. She started playing guitar when she was 9, and at age 11, she discovered her love of songwriting. She has always loved writing and storytelling, but songwriting became her way of telling stories and emotion through music. For the past 2 years, she has been developing her career by performing at open mics, coffee shops, cafes, farmers markets, etc. In October of 2023 she visited Nashville to record her first song with producer Keegan Ferrell, and has gone on to work with Josh Gold at the basement studio.

Troy Millette (solo accoustic)

What’s in a song? A dash of creativity, a few fresh rhymes, and a full serving of heart are the recipe for success according to singer/songwriter Troy Millettehas gained recognition as one of the region’s most engaging musicians.

Since emerging on the local circuit in 2009, Millette’s emotive and relatable lyrics have made him a staple of dives, clubs, and festivals across the northeast United States and Quebec. In 2022, he was invited to showcase his talents at the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas. That same year, Millete’s band, the Fire Below, received the title of Vermont’s “Best Folk Group” at the Seven Daysies Awards.

In addition to hundreds of headlining shows, appearances at festivals like Grand Point North, and even a promotional run with Senator Bernie Sanders, Millette and company have shared bills with the likes of Counting Crows, LIVE, Grace Potter, Bowling for Soup, Trey Anastasio (of Phish), Richard Marx, Rick Springfield, the Front Bottoms, Marcus King Band, American Authors, Brett Dennen, Dawes, lovelytheband, and many more!

The festivities move to Harry’s Hardware on Saturday evening starting with John Specker at 7pm. John Specker conjures and invokes primal spirits with melodies and rhythms he says are thousands of years old. Most people think he’s just a fine old-time fiddle player."

New Lost Nation has their debut gig playing from 8-9pm. New Lost Nation is an old-time string band that has emerged out of the vibrant traditional music scene of Central Vermont. The line-up features Dana Robinson on fiddle, Grant Marolf on banjo, Susan Robinson on guitar, and Neal McNaughton on bass. New Lost Nation's sound is distinctly Southern-Appalachian, and inspired by the Round Peak style in North Carolina, as well as the deep well of old-time fiddle tunes and traditional songs from throughout North America.

Ravin, former lead singer and guitarist of Waylon Speed now performs his soulful americana, and country rock originals with Halle Jade. Halle's tasty harmonies and Kelly's powerful voice along with their engaging entertainment style make them a dynamic and expressive duo.
